Der Speck, der Geschmack und das Knusprige - das konnte ich mir irgendwie nicht vorstellen, darauf zu verzichten. Nun ja, die Challenge heisst \"Vegan\" und da hab ich mich in meinen veganen Foren und Gruppen umgeh\u00f6rt. Zack&nbsp;-&nbsp;drei verschiedene Rezepte f\u00fcr veganen Speck.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/annamcara.ch\/htm\/wp-content\/uploads\/AnnamCara-Blog-Veganes2022-Mai-Header.jpg\" alt=\"Anna'mCara-Blog - Rezepte - Header - Veganer Speck\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" align=\"center\"\/><\/p>\n<p>3 verschiedene Grundzutaten - W\u00fcrzsauce nach Geschack und dann ausprobieren. Ich finde, es lohnt sich jedes dieser drei Rezepte auszuprobieren. S\u00e4mtliche Gew\u00fcrze mit Honig und Sojasauce zusammenmischen und gut verr\u00fchren. Die Karotten waschen, sch\u00e4len und dann in d\u00fcnne lange Scheiben schneiden. Am Besten geht das mit dem Kartoffelsch\u00e4ler.<br \/>\nDie Karottenstreifen mit der Marinade bepinseln oder in der Marinade f\u00fcr einige Minuten einlegen. Ist ja schnell gemacht. H\u00e4lt sich aber als fertiger \"Speck\" luftdicht verpackt einige Tage im K\u00fchlschrank. Ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech bereitstellen. S\u00e4mtliche Gew\u00fcrze mit Honig, Sojasauce, Oliven\u00f6l etc. zusammenmischen und gut verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie Kokos-Chips dazu geben und alles richtig gut untereinander mischen. Erst wenn alle Chips richtig mit Marinade umh\u00fcllt sind auf das Backpapier geben und verteilen. Dann f\u00fcr ca. 15 Minuten backen. In der H\u00e4lfte der Backzeit einmal gut umr\u00fchren, damit die Kokoschips rundherum gut ger\u00f6stet werden.
